JOHN PATTERSON, PRINCIPAL

With over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, John Patterson formed Classic Pacific Construction Company in 2008. Prior to forming the company, John owned and operated Classic Pacific Homes and Development for eight years. Under his direction, the company planned entitled, and developed an extensive number of successful communities and commercial projects totaling over 3,145 lots, 1,010 homes, and 4.3 million square feet of commercial and industrial space. In 1986, he formed Pacific Crest and built three projects in Orange County with sales exceeding $120,000,000. Prior to his involvement with Pacific Crest, John served as Vice President in the real estate finance group for Californa First Bank. He is a licensed General Contractor and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UCLA.

 

MARK BURKES, DIRECTOR OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mark holds the position of Director of Industrial Development for Classic Pacific Construction Company. Mark is responsible for performing due diligence tasks including zoning, title, environmental risk and project entitlements. He is highly regarded in the industry and maintains close relationships with equity partners, joint venture partners and local and regional governmental personnel. His contact base enables him to assemble and manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams including architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and land use/real estate attorneys. Mark is a licensed General Contractor (class 'A' and 'B') and real estate agent in the State of California.

 

 

JEFF PACE, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the building industry and has worked for some of the major home builders in Southern California, Reno, Nevada and Mexico. He has been a construction manager for over 15 years, overseeing multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects. His responsibilities have included managing customer service departments, purchasing and on and off-site work. In addition, Jeff is trained to perform Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan ("SWPPP") inspections. Jeff's experience is an invaluable asset to our company.

 

 

NOAH SHIH, PROJECT MANAGER

As Project Manager for Classic Pacific Construction Company, Noah is responsible for subcontractors and all activities associated with the industrial and residential developments of the company. Noah has eight years of experience in construction supervision and management, including performing accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing. His skills also include full on and off-site construction contracting/management and land development. He works with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, brokers, and buyers to ensure the success of any project. Noah is a licensed Contractor (class 'C') in the State of California.
